Technology
Thermal coating insulation Korund®, made by the laboratory FULLEREN, is a liquid composition of acrylic polymers with suspended ceramic microspheres under vacuum. Its thermal conductivity λ is of 0,0012 which explains its remarkable thermal effect.
Thermal Effect
After application and drying, only air bubbles remain surrounded by microspheres. After 24 hours, the treated surface (zone 2) has absolutely unique thermal and physical properties. Thus the thermal coating insulation Korund® is used in many applications.
Applications
The Korund® thermal effect is used effectively in a large number of areas such as :
- External thermal insulation of all types of buildings.
- Interior thermal insulation of homes and basements.
- Heating or cooling networks
- Industrial sites
- Mobil homes or professional vehicles
- Commercial or cruising vessels
